We stayed here with friends for 5 nights. The access is very well signposted. You shouldn't be guided by the Google Navi, but pay attention to the signs to the hotel for the last 3 km. Otherwise you will get out somewhere in the middle of the forest. The hotel is really on the A ... of the world but very nice. There is enough free parking space. What is great is that there are 2 free parking spaces in Bad Schandau on the Elbe, which belong to the hotel. You just have to get a parking card. The rooms are well equipped. The included breakfast is served in buffet form. Unfortunately there are no tasty bakery rolls, only baked ones. The dinner was OK but unfortunately a bit slack. The prices are great. Unfortunately, the sauna was closed due to Corona. Otherwise the hotel is recommended. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the mountains. You can definitely sit here in summer.

Dad's hotel is quiet with a great view. The staff are friendly and courteous. That's food is ok. There are deductions for the outdated room furnishings. The hotel and the rooms are clean.

We enjoyed it there very much, nice hotel with a great terrace where you can enjoy the view of the mountains while having breakfast in the morning. The only disturbing thing is the long way to civilization, it is a little out of the way.

Very nice hotel, great view. Unfortunately our service staff was not the friendliest or fastest. The food was sometimes cold and not well done and that for a birthday party. There was not a word of apology, sad ... The other service staff was very friendly and helpful but not responsible for our table. Too bad.

The panorama from the terrace is breathtaking. Service is friendly and good. The food is okay, but the dishes are sometimes not up to date in terms of preparation and presentation. The food would have got three stars from us. Appreciation through the outlook and service. Prices are reasonable.
